About Us

Insolvency Investigation Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Indepth Forensic Limited. It was set up by its directors Katherine Kenealy and Dennis Parsons, who from their own experience have seen numerous actions not being pursued due to various reasons, including insufficient resources, time delay and perceived risk. Many of these actions, if pursued, may have recovered funds for the benefit of creditors of the failed company.

The recent amendment to the Companies Act 1993 provided Liquidators with the ability to use specialists to recover assets for the benefit of unsecured creditors and at the same time to be protected from the risk.
